Friday Night Lights returns in full swing on the 02/02/18... in preparation for The CrossFit Open!
This year we are going to do things a little differently!!
Please write your name on the whiteboard if you are keen to commit to 8 weeks (3 weeks pre-open & 5 weeks for The Open) every Friday night at 5:30pm, as we will be teaming athletes up with partners!
