Don't forget that this week is our last full timetable of training for 2022!

All classes are as per normal, providing we get the numbers for each class!

For the last week of 2022 and the first week of 2023, we will be only running a 6am class each day, which you must book in for as per normal.

We will be closed on all scheduled Public Holidays.

If you want a little extra than the scheduled 6am session, don't be afraid to ask if there is availability for a PT session or 2!
