On ya’ bike week

For one full week - Monday 28/9/20 to Friday 2/10/20, we will be basing all our WODs around cycling and not the indoor stuff!


So we are giving you a heads up now to get your bikes ready! If you haven’t got one, beg, borrow or steal one! (Just jokes - stealing is bad 🤣)


Coaches Keith & Shazza will have plenty of fun planned!
