Service Description

MetCon follows either a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) format with short periods of intense exercise followed by similar length at a lower intensity, or circuit training with various exercises performed back to back. The goal of a MetCon session should be to achieve and sustain a high effort output over a short period of time, with as little rest as possible between work to make your body more energy-efficient, or fitter! Never the same boring workout...always fun and programmed for awesome results!

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware our cancellation Policy must be abided by. Booking into the following classes specifically, shows that you have read, understood and agree with our strict cancellation policy. Booking in to any given class and not showing up, has a 2 strike policy. You could be taking a booking spot from someone who genuinely wants to participate in the class. This is unfair and we stand behind this strict policy. You will no longer be able to book into any class after the 2 strikes for 2 weeks. Aerial Yoga cancellations within 24hrs of class will not be refunded, therefore please do not request to be transferred to another class as this class is in high demand and results in other people missing out. Spin class cancellations within 8hrs of class will incur a $15 class rate fee as there are limited bikes available. Thankyou
