WARM UP & CONDITIONING 

EMOM 12: 

Min 1 - Partner A Max Bike Cals, 

Min 2 -Partner B Max Burpees to Plate, then they switch (6rds of each for each partner)  

WOD

In teams of 2, complete the following for time “10 Tonne” Move 10,000 kg  Each team member sets up his or her own bar with desired load. You cannot change bars or strip/add weight. Partition work as necessary (1 partner working at a time) 

Movements allowed

* Power Clean

* Shoulder to overhead

* Back Squat 

* Deadlift

* Racked Lunge

* Hang Snatch

**You cannot move more than 2,000kg

 of any given movement.
